CapeBPO is the Western Cape’s strategic business partner, responsible for driving the growth of the local Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry.
Each year, CapeBPO releases the Key Indicator Report, a comprehensive resource that tracks various BPO metrics, identifies industry trends, and highlights the challenges and opportunities within the sector. This report serves as an essential tool for industry stakeholders, offering the data and insights needed to make informed decisions and drive the sector’s growth.
Challenge & Goals
CapeBPO needed to put together a comprehensive report during a very tough time—the Covid-19 pandemic disrupted normal operations and made data collection challenging.
Even with these hurdles, the report needed to present complex industry data in a way that was engaging, all while highlighting the growth, resilience, and adaptability of the BPO sector in the Western Cape.
